TABLET : Communiting Mill

	Latest improvements in design makes this unit a truly GMP model and versatile in Operation & Maintenance. Unit consists of S.S. 304 quality hopper, feed throat and processing chamber (can be provided in SS 316 quality at extra cost) with beaters assembly, heavy duty motor, starter with overload relay, three speed step pulley, suitable screen, SS cladded base having tabular legs with castors, optional jacket for the feed throat and processing chamber for cooling / heating. SALIENT FEATURES:
		GMP point of view machine is provided with SS cladding on base, SS belt guards, SS cover on motor & starter. No exposed painted surface of the machine. Motor rails, screw and guide rods are chrome plated.
		Beaters assembly bearing are in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance.
		Very less down time as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by single operator.
		Fixed beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply which increases the output by 10 to 30 %, reduces noise level and is easy to clean as there are no cavities. (If product demands, swing beaters assembly can be provided.)
		Beaters are stainless steel quality and fitted on a splinted shaft.
		Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearings is minimum as there are away in separated pillow blocks. This facilitates to some extent in processing of heat sensitive product.
		Beaters assembly is dynamically balanced which reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearing life.
		Castors provided for mobility and brakes can be applied for fixing machine at one place.
		Machine is available in Plain & Water Jacketed model.

TABLET : Oscillating Granulator

In tablet making practice the granulation process plays an important part because the quality of the final tablets will be determined by the virtue of the granules used for its compression.

Oscillating Granulator is extensively used wherever tablets or pellets are produced. Oscillating Granulator is used for both wet and dry granulation process. Quality of granules are better compared to other processing machineries like Multi Mill , Comminuting Mill etc.

All contact parts are in Stainless Steel and Mirror Polish. A unique Oscillatory rotor action ensures High output and efficient granulation.

The machine is HORIZONTAL TYPE & VERTICAL TYPE granulating system with complete machine manufactured / cladded out of S.S. 304 . The machine will be a gmp model. The machine is complete in all respects and fitted with 1 H.P. T.E.F.C. motor. Standard reduction box and a starter. The body of the machine is “L” shaped fabricated structure and fitted with castor wheels for ease and mobility. Model 8” & 12” are vertical models whereas 15” model is horizontal model. The difference between vertical model and horizontal model is that in vertical model the oscillation is done by a gear mechanism and a vertical shaft is suspended from the top and a propeller type grinder blade moves in oscillating motion and material is pushed through the mesh to get the output of desired mesh size.

In horizontal model there are diamond shaped blades horizontally fitted and driven by a gear box through gear mechanism to give oscillating motion.

TABLET : Mass Mixer

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

SHELL : Consisting of 'U' trough of suitable dimensions. Construction of S.S. and side plates duly M.S. stiffened from outside and from inside with S.S.

MIXING MECHANISM : Paddle type blades welded to the main shaft provide for efficient mixing of thick heavy material. PTFE gland mechanism provided at shaft ends prevents ingress of external powder into the trough and prevents leakage.

CHARGING : From the top charging can be done through a hinge able lid, hopper or Nozzle can be provided for additional spraying of additives.

DISCHARGE : By bottom discharge slide Iris or Butterfly valve of suitable diameter, for regulated discharge.

DRIVE : Consisting of suitable H.P. TEFC 3 phase ac 415v / 50 cycles motor coupled to suitable worm gear, with driving shafts mounted on suitable Plummer block.

TABLET : V-Type Blenders

The "V" BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the Blenders filled to ensure proper mixing. The "V" Blender gives best result for powders due to suitable medium speed and "V" shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc……

In "V" Blender the powders comes from all sides due to the "V" shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is medium. Suitable mainly for powder & granules type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement. Due to the "V" shape of container, even medium movement will result in good quality of blending/lubrication of granules.

TABLET : Conta Blenders

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Conta Blenders or Container tumblers are used mainly for blending of dry powders for capsule plant, for blending and homogenizing of dried granules for tablet production.

This is a closed and contained system where by a single step transfer material from container of the Conta blender is transferred to the tablet press hopper.

In granulation room the dry granules enter to the container for blending through a dust free connection and the same container is loaded over to the blender for blending. This same container after blending raised over the tablet press for unloading in to the tablet press hoppers.

These granules can be mixed and lubricated in this blender, Main advantage of this system is that it is totally dust free. Also another advantage is adaptability of this system to handle more than one sizes of bunkers or containers. This adaptability makes it a very useful machine for any tablet or capsule plant.
