TABLET : Double Cone Blender

	OPERATION: DOUBLE CONE BLENDER : Capacity : 10 kg., 25 kgs., 50 kgs., 100 kgs., 200 kgs., 300 kgs., 500 kgs. OPERATION : The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. SALIENT FEATURES:
		The conical shape of both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
		All contact parts are made out of SS304 quality material.
		Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
		Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch. ( In 200 Kgs. & above model )
		Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. ( One LH side & one RH side )
		Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with open able cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
		One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffers with mirror polished provided inside the cone.
		Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.

	All moving parts covered with SS304 covers.
	Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.
	Panel fabricated from SS304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. tarter, digital timer & Amp. Meter.
	As per customer requirement machine will be provided with left side drive or with right side drive.

	Worm reduction gear use for speed reduction.
	Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.

	General structure made out of SS304 and Polished to the matt / mirror finish (as required by you) in GMP Model.
	All safety guards & covers made out of SS304 in GMP Model.
	Hand wheel will be provided for manual tilting of cone.
	Safety guards provided with limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in proper position.

TABLET : Tray Dryer

SPECIAL FEATURES :

Designed for uniform circulation of hot air in the drying chamber.
Electrical / Steam / Oil Heating mode.
Inside surface is painted with heat resistant aluminum paint and out side with synthetic enamel.

2) SURFACE FINISH : EXTERNAL: Buffed to 150 grit matt finish INTERNAL: Buffed to 220 grit mirror finish.

3) INLET & OUTLET : All dryers have a 5 micron pre filter r at the inlet and a manually infinite adjustable damper at the outlet.

4) DOOR : Doors at provided at the front and / or rear side of the dryer. Door lips are lined with silicon rubber gasket to prevent any leakages. Suitable locking is provided for the doors.

5) AIR CIRCULATION : Air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers inside the dryer. The blower capacity , static & design depends on the size and model of dryer.

6) HEATING : Dryers are normally supplied with either steam/ electric/ thermic fluid / hot water heating system. Suitable heating coils / caloriefiers are provided in the dryers.

7) TEMPERATURE CONTROL : Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.

8) TRAYS : Trays are available in S.S. 304/ 316 q. All trays are fully die pressed and with coved corners. Trays are buffed to mirror finish. Trays are also available in aluminium / Polypropylene / Frp/ M.S. galvanized as per clients requirements.

9) TROLLEY : Trolley is provided in the dryers to accommodate trays in it. Trolley truck are used to load and unload the trays into the dryer.

10) CONTROL PANEL : Automatic Control panel is fitted on the side of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, ckt breakers, indicating lamps, push buttons , timers, controllers etc.

TABLET : Coating Pan

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1) PAN : SS 304 semi ellipsoidal size pan with a circular mouth for charging & discharging of tablets Pan mounted at an inclination of 45 degrees to the horizontal.

2) DRIVE ASSEMBLY : Consists of a suitable HP 3 Phase, 440 V, 1440 RPM TEFC motor with suitable worm reduction gear box and cone pulley arrangement to give three speed output.

3) HOT AIR BLOWER : The unit is provided with a hot air blower consisting of suitable HP 3 Phase 440 V, 2880 RPM TEFC electric motor & centrifugal blower with damper delivering required CFM. The air is heated by means of suitable electric heater to give air at 30 to 90 degrees Heater with thermostat control and flexible hose pipe.

4) CONTROL PANEL : Unit provided with suitable control panel with starters and push button to actuate the drive and for blower The circuits consists of MCCBs, relays and contractors in series Ample overload protection is provided by the MCCB and the relay Wires coming out of the connections are numbered for easy recognition.

5) MOUNTING : The motor and gear box is mounted inside sturdy MS frame and the pan mounted on the Gearing housing fitted in the stand. Blower mounted by the side of the stand or placed in remote location if required.

6) FINISH: All joints argon Arc welded and all SS Parts Polished to suitable finished required of pharmaceutical equipment MS parts painted to smooth finish.

7) OPTIONS AVAILABLE :
1. Unit with FLP motors and FLP push button station but non FLP panel to be mounted outside FLP area,
2. Unit in SS 316 quality contact parts,

TABLET : Vibro Sifter

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications.
This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.

The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis.
The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. Thus the material moves across the screens and also in the vertical and tangential planes enabling maximum screening. “GEBERIX” Vibro sifter are available with a wide range of possible screen sizes (mesh) Option for multiple deck separation is also possible.

The unit consist of Specially designed vibratory motor to run on 400/440V, suitable HP, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply ,with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consists of SS 304 screen sandwiched between SS 304 hopper and bowl with the help of special clamp with gasket. This in turn is clamped to the base plate. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration and at the same time restrict the vibration from being transferred to the floor.
